Trained in Graphic Design, Rosie has designed creative assets for workshops all over the world. Be it posters, presentations, stickers, brochures, board games or just about anything else you could possibly need to run a session, she’s got it covered. It’s not only her creative excellence which she brings to IW, but Rosie’s exceptional (seriously, exceptional) organisational skills are an asset to the team.

Within the space of 12 months at IW, Rosie progressed from Designer to Operations Lead. Her ability to get a whole lot done in a short amount of time means you’ll find her managing projects with beautifully designed material and getting them to the client before the deadline. As well as handling logistics for multi-level leadership programmes. No sweat.

Rosie designs smartly, organises quickly and communicates effectively. We’re yet to throw something her way that she can’t get done.
