As an Anthropology graduate, James’ passion is people. He finds them fascinating and crucially he instinctively believes in them.

Whilst working in Sales and Sales Management James discovered a passion for Learning and Development and never looked back! He has delivered meaningful experiential learning to hundreds of people across dozens of organisations.

James also has extensive experience of 1-to-1 coaching, leadership consulting and creating “people processes”. He has set up recruitment and induction processes for charities, social enterprises and SMEs on a paid and voluntary basis.

His aim is simple – provide the tools and stimulus to empower people to be the best they can be.
