Ben joins IW following a highly successful 24 year career in the British Army. Completing Service as a senior leader in the coveted post of Brigade & Regimental Sergeant Major, he managed key responsibilities as the Head of Organisational Development and Principal Executive Advisor. With over two decades of experience leading people on operations, in barracks and in highly specialist environments, he has equipped himself with the tools needed to lead high performing teams in fast-paced environments.

This is complimented by his extensive experience in the full spectrum of training, learning & development from analysis through to assurance. This expertise has been applied across selection & assessment processes to scenario-based experiential training and leadership development programmes. A seasoned coach, mentor & climate assessor, he is consistently learning and is passionate about sharing his experience and insights to help leaders develop and organisations to achieve more.
