// BBC

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is a British public service broadcaster headquartered in London. It is the largest broadcaster in the world by number of employees employing a total of 35,402 staff

The Challenge

The BBC Leadership Academy Playlist was created to skill the BBC’s top 2,000 leaders on ‘Change Leadership’. Participants could select from a range of different trainings on the day, Interactive Workshops were asked to deliver the topic of ‘Risk and Decisions.’

We had to create an interesting, stimulating and memorable experience that brought risk to life for the broad spectrum of leaders attending, including journalists, lawyers, producers, IT managers and more.

We created a compelling blend of learning with presentations, open discussions and a keynote speech.

Are you biased?

Exploring psychological aspects of risk-taking behaviour, the group examined how their own bias impacts decision making. And there were certainly a number of revelations in the room! There is nothing quite like the sound ‘AHA’ – we live for that sound.

The Impact

Breakout sessions were brilliant. Great facilitators.
