This workshop gives you the essential tools and techniques for doing just that as well as teaching you about the physiological and psychological impacts of stress, how to identify personal stressors and recognise the early warning signs to avoid burnout.
You will walk away with practical strategies to boost health such as nutrition, exercise and sleep to increase personal resilience as well as understand the importance of team wellbeing and how to support those around you.
