With a degree in Behavioural Science and a season spent coaching a team of 20+ competitive hockey players, he's intrigued by how psychology shapes teams, leaders, and L&D. His grasp of the psychological drivers behind people and organisations fuels his mission to find innovative solutions for IW's clients.

Naturally competitive (on and off the course, court, pitch etc…), Reuben is eager to embrace an agile consulting approach, collaborating with the IW team to deliver outstanding services.
