Incorporating the learnings from her Masters degree in Psychology and Education with her background in technology and strategy consulting, she is committed to listening to client voices and creating engaging group learning experiences.

As a trained mindfulness and emotional intelligence facilitator, she cares deeply about culture and creating the space for honest conversations amidst collective growth opportunities. Outside of IW, she can be found hosting laidback dinner parties with friends and traveling home to Pennsylvania to play sports (some favorites include platform tennis & golf!) with her family.
