How to complete the assessment

The process is simple, though it involves a few steps.

1. Fill out your responses, giving yourself a score out of 10 for each statement, where 1 is “Not accurate” and 10 is “Very accurate”
2. Once you have completed the assessment, you will be taken to your results page
3. On your results page, you are given a personalised Feedback URL to share with your reviewers
4. Once your reviewers have completed giving their feedback, you will be able to view their anonymous results on your results page
